On 2 September 1945 after the short closing of world war 2 the US government and group of governing bodies in "the big three" came together to find a solution to a growing problem across our world, science and technological advancements become to grow slower and less initiative. Laystar institution of investigation and theoretical science, a new government funded organisation by the big three, was created, consisting of some of the worlds most intelligent and initiative scientist and researchers. 25 years after their founding in 1945 the company had grew to be a multi billion dollar company, but had also brought life born to the "C.O.M.P-A.S.S-45" a new invention that allowed for matter to be moved through time between a sort of inside dimension.
